Fortnite
V-Bucks
Partnering with the Fortnite UI/UX and engineering teams was key to redesigning and implementing the updated V‑Bucks screen in Unreal Engine. Collaborating across disciplines, I refined the interface structure to clearly communicate the new currency tiers and ensured the visual hierarchy, color usage, and premium treatments aligned with the broader UX strategy. That work carried through into polished in‑engine execution, where I built custom material shaders, fine‑tuned animations, and aligned every detail with Fortnite’s evolving UI kit.
Partnering with the Fortnite UI/UX and engineering teams was key to redesigning and implementing the updated V‑Bucks screen in Unreal Engine. The VALORANT Store’s console debut and Beta implementation relied on a ground-up technical execution of the Store Landing, rotating item views, purchase flows, and the Night Market. This ownership of the UI pipeline bridged the gap between high-level concept and Unreal Engine performance through the development of adaptive systems and modular filigree details that scaled seamlessly across console hardware. By integrating high-fidelity 3D render pipelines and refined typography into a responsive, low-latency interface, the work preserved the brand’s premium aesthetic while ensuring technical stability. Every design decision ultimately translated into a cohesive, high-performance commerce experience defined by smooth, tactile motion and pixel-perfect visual parity for millions of players.
